Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of your body, mind and feelings in the present moment.

Mindfulness is not new, it has been practised for centuries but is experiencing a renewed relevance due to the increased pace and pressure of today’s work/life environment. Recent research has shown that increased awareness brings many benefits: reducing pain stress, depression and anxiety as well as improving physical and mental functioning.

We provide... a variety of mindfulness based courses to help you develop techniques and skills that you can build into your daily life. Each course focuses on acheiving certain benefits.

The courses are generally run for groups (public or for businesses) as this gives participants the chance to learn from each other but private one to one sessions are also available; either face to face or via skype.

After you have completed a course we provide ongoing support via practice sessions and retreats.
