These sessions are designed to introduce a range of mindfulness practices that you may find helpful in everyday life, at work and at home; practices that will help you to find ways to reduce stress and develop a better sense of well-being.

The sessions are run twice weekly on a Monday lunchtime and a Thursday evening open to everyone, with or without prior experience of meditation, and are designed so that you can dip in and out if you wish to. dandelion

They are a great way to find out more about mindfulness as well as having the opportunity to further your own personal practice. It is also a chance to reduce stress during or after the day

The 60 minute class includes meditations, mindful movement (very gentle movement, it is not exercise) and techniques to introduce mindfulness into daily life.

You do not need any special clothing - just something comfortable and we provide matts, chairs, cushions and blankets.

What to wear and bring We supply the basic equipment but you may wish to bring a cushion. Wear comfortable clothing and socks as it is generally more comfortable to take your shoes off.
